  • Isometric render question

    Hello.

I need to produce an illustration/diagram from an isometric perspective.
I have tried this by un-ticking the physical camera and changing the sun multiplier to around 0.2 but with no success.

For a test, I created a 1mx1mx1m cube and applied a grass texture to it (to scale), changed the view to isometric and scaled to extents.
When I render, I get an extremely close up view of a corner (you can tell by the texture scale)

I think maybe the 'camera' is too close.

Does anybody know how to do isometric renders in Vray for Sketchup or could possible point me to a tutorial?

    Many thanks.

    Re: Isometric render question

If you are using the latest version of vray then isometric renders are not currently supported. The old version of vray had this feature but were still waiting for it to become available

      Ok, thanks for the reply.
Hopefully the functionality will be added back soon!
      Cheers.
