It happens when i try to render...

Did you check the error log? Usually is a missing material or problem with the lights, but could be anything else. Please check the error.

You can find the error log here : C:\ProgramData/ASGVIS/VfS/

Ufff, i tried hard to understand what does those codes means, but they ar too abstract for my little architect head.
I couldn´t figured out what was the error about or amybe im not reading the correct files (vfs_stderr.txt) (current_skp.xml) at the folder you indicate me.

Hi, it´s me again, above, the error message i get when i try to render. I have already try with new models and no vray materials but the error continues.
I also uninstall and install the program with the plugin twice but nothing, the problem is still there.
I beg someone to help me at this point cause I dont know what to do and I have to finish a work.

Send us a support ticket and include the error log, V-Ray version, SU version, OS information and also the scene file.
