      Great,
I will keep an eye on this one.
      Thanks for the support.

I will try to reproduce the crash bug when I will have time..

I couldnt make it crach again, but I found and other problem that might need a fine tuning.
If I make a simulation with 1 cm cell size and then with 4 cm the liqued behave differently... Apart from the obvious that smaller makes it more exact the relatively bigges shouldnt be that different, otherwise it would be very hard to estimate how it will go on the final simulation.
        Just a thought...

i suppose you are running in constrained spf mode, you have to unlock the spf by changing the limits (this will allow the automation), or to introduce the spf correction by hand. i think you are not the first one asking for this problem, we have to explain this somewhere in the help and the tutorials.

            This I didn't understand..
I found and other thing, releasing a mass amount water above a thick plane with a hole inside doesn't create a rotating whirlpool. Shouldn't it create?

Well I do understand now. OK.

yes it should. perhaps the initial conditions are too symmetric, in the real world you always have some random fluctuations

do you have somewhere such setup?

I think this system is incapable because the gravity vector is a perfect downwards, perhaps an option that can change this would help to create such phenomena.

Well I mean the Coriolis effect not the gravity, but maybe by messing with the gravity the same can be achieved...

the coriolis effect is too weak for scales less than a lake, however the water forms whirlpool even in a tub. i will try to make such a setup.

                        Hej, two more small bugs.

                        1. try to type negative integers to the start fame spinner, and see what happens. (otherwise it might be a good option to keep the possibility)
                        2. if the first frame contains simulations cells (filled up by scripts) then when I delete the files with output/clear button, the window doesn't get refreshed and the cells stays there. After moving the slider it will get refreshed and cleared.

1 - nothing interesting, it started from the first possible frame, zero in my case.
2 - yes, thanks for the point

well just like in particle systems, its good to have a minus start.. I think..

you mean you animation time allows minus start, but phoenix does not observes it?

NO I mean, that even though I dont have -x frame it is still cool to have this option to set up few things, let the anim reach a certain point before the actual animation starts etc
