I was wondering where does one write if one has problem with computer and needs to move license to another computer? I have sent email 24 hours ago and again today but no response. Any ideas?
Hello Sepo, Keith here, I am the support manager for the USA office, I couldn't find any new tickets from the email address on your profile but I will keep looking for your specific message. Our goal is to always respond in less then 24 hours but we are behind today due to some maintenance that happened yesterday. I am confident that you will get an answer today, if your messages did not include your serial number you may want to email us again with that information.
