Can't figure out why interior renders are dotted

I am very new using Vray, I do interior design and rendering in those conditions my renders keep being dotted, I can't figure out what settings to change to improve, very frustrating.

any experienced user can have a look at my sample project and tell me what to do...

Looks like your light level is too low, turn up your lighting multipliers. What are your light settings?

I saw you replied also in my other project, there i used vray lights.

here I used emmisive material, two different setting material just like in the tutorial on the light-bulb, the light-bulbs in the chandelier are at 1000 of intensity and under the cupboards are neons at 200 of intensity...

i saw some tutorial where they ecxplaind settings I couldn't get, but the example renders showed the dots, described what to do and a sample with good result, wasn't able to find that anymore though...

there are so many settings that I lose orientation on it all together...

There's the problem...
you must not use emissive materials to illuminate a sceene. An emisive material is only a material with a lot of intensity in the difuse.
for illuminating a sceene we must use either the phisical camera with the sun system, or any kind of light.
if you use too high multiplier values in the emissive material you will have that kind of splotchiness.
so, my recomendation: use the emisive material only to produce the effect of the lamp being on... and for that you only need multiplier values of 1 - 5... or something like that, and if you want to simulate light actually coming from a lamp, then place an omni light infront of it.
