Difference between liquid fuel or temperature

Hello, I have a little question about type of liquid, Michael McCarthy show in his tutorial that he use : fuel and in the sample file : "Surf" the type of the liquid is : Temperature. Can you help me to know how liquid's type to use for the most realistic liquid ? what's the difference ?

by design there is no difference between them, if there is one this may be a bug. the temperature is just slightly faster, this is the only difference.
