  • How to make a glass/window with a text or logo

I want to make a drinking glass with a logo, like the picture.

But i must make also a shopwindow with text/logo on it like picture 2.
Can anyone explain to me how this must be modeled or must it be arranged in the material editor with another layer/map

I can't see the reference pics. Could be just me, but maybe repost?

First link is still bad - needs a : after the http. Anyway, both images should be done with VrayBlendMtl. Put your glass material in the base and your logo/sign material in the first coat material slot and control it with an alpha map in the blend slot of the coat layer material to cut out the shape of the logo/sign that you want.

There are other ways, but that is the simplest/best IMO.

didn't you see my reply in sketchucation? Do you need a more detailed step-by-step? Would be glad to help, it's quite simple. The blend material won't work as you can't control the UV coordinates in sketchup that way.
