vray can not render

hi dear all, I am trying to visualize a Dr office using SU and vray 1.48 I received some vismat materials from my friend and applied on my scene. while I try to render the scene there is an error that " we have encountered errors while trying to render. please check the error log for more details". first of all where is the error log! and secondly any one knows why it is happening!

This error is mainly related to the materials or textures. Some time V-Ray can read the material, thus it can make the render. Please send us a support ticket with the scene file and the textures and I will look at it and give you a precise solution.

I have just downloaded the trial version and have been working my way through the tutorials from the manual (except I have applied them to the apartment I need to render and I have had this same error. So far the only VRay material I have added is clear glass and it was rendering fine with only the sketchup model and a few materials with vray lights. I have found the error log, can you help me please?

Where is the log file?
How can I check which material(s) caused the problem?
