how long does it take to get a upgrade to 1.5 after purchase

i am into my twelfth day, very little contact from reseller,does it take this long to receive the upgrade

Ideally it should not talk more than a few days to get your upgrade processed. However, there could be delays if your previous order information cannot be found for one reason or another. The time to get your dongle may depend on how your dongle was shipped out. Please check again with your reseller to make sure they have what they had everything needed to process your order and ask them for an estimated shipping date.

many thanks, i got my download link ,installing with no key,gave rhino fits had to re-install rhino and back to version v-ray 1.05.need the dongle
