Problems with Blurry and Noise Render Result

Hello,

could someone please help me? I have the following render result:



The red marks show you some examples of my problem . Areas of the Render result are unsparp, blur and noisy. What is my mistake?

what AA filter are you using?
post a screen grab of your settings

Here are some of my settings ...

instead of sharp quadratic, try Area, or just Quadratic and post your results

also, instead of adaptive subdivision, try adaptive dmc (with defaults) and also post that result
