Receive GI Control

In 3ds Max there is a properties box per object and one of the options is to change the receive GI parameter. Is this available in Rhino as well?

We don't have receive GI parameter per object, but you can do something similar per material. In the Map area of the material editor, we have a GI option, so you can override the receive and generate GI at the same time. If you reduce the multiplier to 0.0, the material will not receive or generate any GI at all.
