Does the new version of V-Ray for Rhino support render elements? I.e can I render out material ID's or something similar that will allow me to colour pick and mask areas in Photosohop?

you can render material ID'S,
set the color in the material definition,and activate the appropriate channel

Yes, we support several render elements. You can see them on the V-Ray main option under the VFB channel tab.

Great thanks for the info. I am trying to use the wire colour element. How do define a colour for that?

Unfortunately the wire color doesn't work yet.
