  • Problems with Shadows

    Hello Everyone!
This is my first real post to this forum. I hope I post to everyone's standards.

I am having trouble with my shadows in one specific rendering of mine.

As you can see in the image, I am not able to get a shadow in it. I use the same studio/ lighting scene in all of my renderings and this is the only one that has a problem. This is the one model that I have that has a table with a base that goes right to the ground. Below is an example of the studio that I use.

Does anyone have any advice or tips that can help me out? Also let me know if I can give any more information that can help any of you out.

    Thanks a lot!!

    Hi,

If you save in PNG and your alpha is set to 0 for the floor material, then it will not save the shadow.
IF you dont have an alpha set to 0 for the floor material, and not casting a shadow, your scene might be too bright, a bug in 1.5 is if you select all the light and desactivate them ,then they all take the value of the brightest light...which might result in this result.
