hello all,
i would like to ask if there is a workaround for the DRSpawner using 50% of CPU power when idle and no task assigned to it. i don't suppose it's normal; is there any way a simple mortal being (ie. me) could debug this process and find out what's wrong? IF (and that's a huge if) a task eventually gets passed onto the slave machine, the cpu usage jumps to 100%, but i don't know whether those 50% percent are still being used by drspawner's buggy subprocess.
i will be thankful for any answer and/or acknowledgement; here are my system specs:
master: SU8, vray 1.49.01, Intel E8400 @ 3.96GHz, 8GB RAM, Win7 64bit
slave: SU8, vray 1.49.01, Intel SL9400 @ 1.86GHz, 4GB RAM, Vista 32bit
