Vray 2.0 for Maya 2011 Demo Installation

Hi there, at the moment I'm using Vray for Maya 2011 v1.5 and I'd like to try out the demo of Vray 2.0 testing some of the new features (the light select element particularly). I downloaded the demo from the ChaosGroup homepage but when I try to install it it seems that the demo will overwrite the existing installation.

Is there a way tor prevent this because I don't want to mess up the current version at my work place.

So can I deinstall the demo after testing or do I have to setup a new installation of Maya on a new machine only for the Vray 2.0 demo?

Unfortunately it is not possible to install different V-Ray versions for the same Maya version on the same machine. However you can install f.e. one V-Ray version in Maya 2011, and another for Maya 2012. Or one V-Ray version for Maya 32-bit, and another for Maya 64-bit.
