Screen LED effect with V-ray

Hi,

anyone know how can i do to have this effect (in the picture) with V-ray on sketchup. I make some test but i'm not satisfied. i try to reproduce the effect of "noise" due to the LED technology.

Hmm that looks like something easier done by editing the picture in photoshop, and then bump up the emissive intensity once you put it in sketchup to be rendered. My $0.02
