Hello all,
i have problems getting saved a "dumb" bitmap with just the color info. In png the alpha-contribution is merged into the file and all color info on materials with alpha contibution seems to be lost. Tiff saves with extra channels, which is ok. But e.g. xnview shows the alpha-channel info and therefore it is not possible to view it with no retouching and saving the pictures.
JPG saves with low quality. Is there a setting somewhere to make it save high quality JPGs? This could probably the way to get only the color-bitmaps saved.
I find alpha channels extremely usefull, but i dont want it to be processed automatically on the file.
Since there is the posibility to save alpha-channel and material-id-channels seperately i would highly appreciate it to be able to save just a simple bitmap-file in an usefull file format. Probably have to use bmp...do i?
Just in case i do miss some basic workflow knowledge here, i would be thankfull to get some hints.
Kind regards
