  • scene overilluminated when zooming in

I have a scen with a sun and a camera but when i zoom in the rendering is overexposed. The other way around when i zoom out so i have to change the settings all the time. Never had this before.
Any ideas? I allready ghanged to default settings and put back on the camera and i also deleted the sun and made a new one. None of that helped.

    Regards, René

I use rhino 5 and vray 1.5. Do you want the rhino file?

Using vignetting on your camera? If you zoom in a large portion of the desired "scene" is visible and the vignetting effect will appear to be less strong, giving the impression that your scene is overexposed. You can fix this by increasing the vignetting strength on your zoomed-in camera.

Might not be that, but I've come across it a few times.
