Vray Fur & Maya Dynamics Fields

Is there a way for getting the above together,
for example animating a vray fur with a wind field from maya dynamics?

No, VRay Fur can't do hair simulation of any sort.

But there is a attribute "manual gravity direction" and i got it to work
connecting a locator translate attributes with this xyz attr and i am
now able to control the fur direction with the locator, so i thought there
is also a way connecting it this way, but thanks anyway.

Yes, that would sort of work, but it's far from being a full dynamics simulation
