Licencing Problems

Installed V-ray for Rhino 5 64. This came with a usb dongle. V-ray cannot find a licence (error -9 eventhough the usb key contains a licence and wibukey netwerk server is running.
How to fix this?

We have bought Rhino 5 and V-Ray for Rhino.
Just installed V-Ray for Rhino 5 - 32 bit to avoid Panda problems that occur in 64 bit.
But V-Ray does not render and gives messages:
- could not obtain a licence -98
- can not start VRL service due to another instance running.
The WIBU Key network server is running.
I am trying to fill out the registry code but Register V-Ray licence service does not respond.
What is wrong? How can I fill out the registry number?

Hello Jan,

Could you try to open your web browser and in the address field enter http://localhost:30304
Then click on "Get status..." and check the number of the available license there. If all fields are zero "0", please contact us at support@chaosgroup.com to provide you with further assistance.
