VRayOverride material Rhino

Im looking for VRayOverride material option in Vray for rhino but cant find it . if this is available for rhino where in the material options is this found? If it's not available, what is a good way to emulate the VRayOverride material like it works in Max?

thanks for the reply. but that 's not what im looking for. that option overrides all the materials.

this was done with max, is this possible to do with rhino?

Sorry,no it does exist in Rhino.What I usually do is replace the material that is causing a problem with a new material will all the same property except I go with a neutral color.Calculate the light,save,and replace the neutral material with the one I want,load the save files and render.

would you explain your solution with more detail?
do you mean to render the scene with neutral material, save image, then render again with desired material, and finally combined both images in Photoshop?
to crop out the neutral material and replace it with desired material? appreciate your help

If you render with light cache and irradiance map,calculate the light and save the vrmap and the vrlmap.No need to do the rendering.

Replace the fake material with your good material,load your vrmap and vrlmap and do the render.

How do I register?
