I hope to be implemented soon.

For now you can try to use a cone to simulate this effect.

We are sorry to report it, but this feature (volume fog for spot lights) has not been implemented yet. Our developers are still working on it.

I think you may need to readjust your expectation on how soon this is going to be included in vray for Sketchup. Probably not going to see this until the next version, and I'd say you'd be wildly optimistic if you expect to see it in half a year's time. :/

I have the newest version of Vray (3.0) for Skethcup 2015, I can't find any new options with light beams or fog envoirment, can you tell me please if there something new in this topic was added?

sorry to say, vray for Sketchup is still on 2.0. You might look a bit more carefully at your installation details.

You are right, I downloaded only a service pack last time.... Does anyone know relase date of 3.0 vray version?

no, we just released the service pack for 2.0 recently, it's going to be months before 3.0 makes it to beta.
