Vray 1 Compatible wtih Rhino 5?

Is Vray 1 for Rhino compatible with Rhino 5 (32bit?) in a network environment?

V-Ray for Rhino version 01.05.29 could be installed on Rhino 5 32 bit and it supports Distributed Rendering.
