Sell or update EDU Version?

hello,

i have a edu version but the version 2.0 for sketchup is so nice that i like to buy a "full version". but what is the best way for me. i buy the edu in the store from "softwarebox gmbh - germany". i ask them for an update and the price is 399,16 + tax. the special price (Ends 15.12.2013) for a full new version is 335,29 + tax. so i think its better to buy a new one and sell the "old" edu version.

can some tell me the best way to sell the edu version? is it possible to transert the licence from the edu to some other student? how i do this?

i hope you understand my bad englisch (sry) and can halp me.

EDIT:

i talk now with "software box gmbh" they tell me chaos group give -40% for the "full-version". if i like to update my edu version i must pay the full price. i buy the edu at the 30.09.2013 for 233,90 euro. and now i can buy the full version 398,- euro and the update from edu to full cost 474,- euro???

is ther a way to save money for me and get the full version? i think its better for me to sell the edu and buy a new one. right?
