[Materials] how do I download materials from the website?

I want to download materials for sketchUp and 3Dsmax from this website
What do I have to do?

Hi uzunaruto93,

You currently have to own the software to have access to the materials library. If you own V-Ray for Skechup or 3DSmax you can register on www.chaosgroup.com, log in and go to http://www.chaosgroup.com/en/2/downl...-ray-materials to download the Vrmats Library's.

There are also other places online that you can download user made materials as well, for example: http://www.sketchuptexture.com/

I have a vray for 3dsmax 2.40.04 License and I am already register in www.chaosgroup.com, but when I go to http://www.chaosgroup.com/en/2/downl...-ray-materials nothing happen. why?
