Animation - Need 4 hours to render a frame!

My question is as title, i am doing a animation as i mention in previous post, i split a 1000 frames animation into 4 part, everything going very smooth and render very fast for 1st, 2nd and 3rd, and have finished render.

when it come to 4th part, frame render in 6 minute from the 1st frame to 12th frame, when it reach the 13th frame vray start need 4 hours to render a frame, it kill me, please help!!
