Hi, i wonder why my ies shape look like this in the VRayRawLighting element?
how can avoid this?

omg, this is not my day...here is the 2nd scene which the VrayRawLighting appear some white spot things every way, please help!

could be the cutoff thresh for the light?

It could be number of things. I think u might have double gamma + not enought samples + apply diffuse pass to see how it looks normally. RAW do show extra stuff that could worry us unnecessary...

i always leave my light cutoff at default which is = 0.001

i didn't change any gamma setting, it is all default as max 2014 which has follow by Vlado thread, so i don't think i have double gamma in this scene, anyway i will send the file to Vlado after i get back to my office.

i don't know how to check whether i got enough sample or not...

Yes, it will be helpful to see your scene file in order to troubleshoot further.
