Reflection Problem "Urgent"

Hi all
Attached is a link to 2 renders from a sample scene. Can anyone out there suggest why the reflections are warped!
Need a bit of urgent help on this.

Your smoothing groups on mesh are incorrect. Reset them or set them to 0 and it should be fine.

It was actually cause it was a boolean object, but your idea enabled me to re-design and now....no problems.
