steam or water vapor

Hello,
Is there a way to produce only steam (vapour) instead of fire + smoke?
Looking at the tutorial and at the option available in the control panel, I don't see any button to turn off fire.

turn off the temperature in the source and use some smoke dissipation, this should be enough.
