Problemas con Vray RT

I was struggling to work Vray RT me new upgrade, the progress window works, but the window stays black, does not generate the render. I'll be doing something wrong because up moving to another machine problem with my dongle and nothing. Sorry for my English.

does this happen on all scenes? If you're rendering a large scene, it can take some time to set up RT. Once the RT render gets going, it can update quickly, but the initialization can take longer. I would like to know if this is an issue with a default blank scene too.
