URGENT Vray for skp Activation Problem

Hi,
i have upgrade my mac pro with ssd and i have reinstalled all my programs in this new SSD. I still left my old HDD into the machine with older installation of programs and OS, so now i have in the same machine 2 different Operation System with almost the same programs.

Now, when i opened the sketch up in new SSD, i received this message from Vray:
That Serial Number has already been used as a master number on another server, email vryasketchuo@chaosgroup.com if this is a mistake.

So i have uninstalled the asgvis vRay program in the old hdd, hoping that this was sufficiently for solve the problem, but unfortunately the problem has remained.
Now i need to solve the problem asap, because i’m working with Vray and i have paid for this...

You need to send an email to support@chaosgroup.com or vraysketchup@chaosgroup.com with your serial number and a brief word on what happened so that we can unlock your serial number for use on the new HD.
