(HELP) HDRI Background image at exterior (sky and ground) is not appeared

Dear Expert....

I am a newbie and just build a house for my hobby....I have already get the panoramic on HDRI, however, when I go to Vray Option --> change sky by clicking "m" replacing to my HDRI image and change to environment, when rendering, the background still not appeared.....please help

Make sure you are changing the correct map

render options->environment->reflection/refraction(background)

Also make sure that in the texture editor under the UVW type you are using "UVWGenEnvironment" type and the correct Mapping type (spherical)

Hi,

Did you ever fix this problem? I have a similar one, however the HDRI sky is enlarged and blurry.
