old vismat crashes with vray 2.0

I didn't know vray 2.0 not recognized old vismat after I trying to render my work many times and the entire sketchup shutdown itself > I also googling to find out the solution some suggest is to become a member to get new vismat material in some website like chaosgroup. Does anyone know where to get new version of vismat for free? Thank you!!!

The vismats on the chaosgroup site are only available to registered purchasers of the software, sorry. Yeah, those very old vismats will not work with the current version, they use a different file format than what's currently used.

pretty sad to hear that. Can you provide free vismat material links here? If there is no way I have to install vray 1.49

When you said old material, how old we are talking about? Materials created with VfSU 1.049 should work fine. Can you share some of those old materials?

share? how? I download a 7 GB vismat cannot recall where I got it from. The VfSU is 1.49

I got your materials. Something weird is happening in Sketchup. I could not use those materials. However, I could use them on Rhino. V-Ray for Rhino and V-Ray for Sketchup are like tween brtother. So, I have to make furter test to figure out why this is happening.
