Vray material/shared license issue

I am working in an office with one "shared" floating vray license.
My issue is when somebody is opening a Sketch-up file and they don't have access to the VRAY license because its being used by somebody else, a bunch of the materials with mapped jpgs are being replaced with different jpgs.
I think this has to with how VRAY for Su stores maps in this temp folder which non VRAY users do not have this temp folder and maps get all switched around.

C:\Users\Norm\AppData\Local\Temp\ChaosGroupTexture Cache

is their a work around for this or is it not wise to not share SU files with non vray users

If you use textures from a network location, SU can save that information and your materials won't be affected if you open SU without vray running.
