  • Possible to create shower or rain?

    Hello,

I'm currently investigating Phoenix FD and I'm very new to 3D. Also to 3ds Max. I would like to know if it's possible to create a shower where the water comes out of a shower head and interacts with the environment like the walls and maybe a figure.
Also I would like to know if it's possible to simulate rain. Aspecially the effect where raindrops run down a window.

Any information about this would be great! Thank you very much and have a nice day!

I'm afraid that such simulation will be difficult in any fluid solver as it will require extremely high precision. You are better of using realflow and wetmaps for leaking patterns, even there it will be difficult I've seen things like that created using thinking particles.

You could also use pflow. See the sucker punch intro breakdown here.
