Questions regarding student licenses

Hello.

I'm looking to purchase a student license for V-Ray 3ds Max, but I have a couple of questions first:

•My understanding the license is for one year correct, is that correct?

•And are there any limitations or features not included in this version?

•Will I be access to the latest updates as they are released during my subscription?

•Finally, regarding verification as a student, what does the process involve?

If there is anything you would like to add that I need to I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time.

Did you receive a ticket number from our system?

I did get one, unfortunately I deleted it immediately afterwards like I do most ticket. I guess I'll just have to send another email.

Receiving automatic email from our system with ticket number guarantees that your request has been delivered and you will get a reply from us as soon as we get to it.
It is recommended to keep the ticket numbers from our system since they are the easiest way to track your request into our system.

We usually provide answer up to two working days after the request has been received, if this period has passed and you still haven't got a response please contact me at svetlozar.draganov@chaosgroup.com and let me know the email address from which the request had been sent.
