  • Exterior Building Glass, Reflections, trasparency and Shadows

Does anyone know how to modify a glass material in vray so that when the glass is in shadow, its more transparent and less reflective of the sky / surrounding buildings?

Is it a material setting or a rendering setting?

If your building is full modeled then the effect you wish to create should happen naturally as a result of the render.
One of the main things with reflections, is to have something to reflect i.e. a billboard, domelight or even the rest of the model.
Where the window is reflecting just the sky you will not be able to see through the glass, but at lower level where the glass is reflecting other objects then the apparent transparency will be greater.
