References & Vray Object Properties missing

Hello !

Working with references, comes a time in my workflow where I need to import my references in the scene. And when I do, my Vray Object Properties, usually just dissapear from my outliner. They seem to still be active however, but I can't modify them, since they are not even in the attribute editor...
One of my guess, is that we work with references which contain references, and Vray or Maya does not like when it comes the time to import those references in the scene...
If someone had the same problem and found a solution, I would be glad to know how can I get back my VOP.

Could you clarify the issue a bit more? Which exact V-Ray for Maya version are you using?
Was the VRayObjectProperties node assigned to the reference scene objects or to the geometry from the original (host) scene? Can you reproduce the issue with simple scene that you could attach?
Also it would be helpful if you provide a screenshot of the issue.
