What has happened to Grant Warwick?

Sorry to bring this here but I know Grant is a regular and he is refusing to engage anywhere else.

I'm on his mastering lighting course and there hasn't been an update for weeks. Emails are going unanswered and posts on his Facebook page are being ignored. I thought maybe something had happened to him but today on the course website I see they are offering a black Friday discount to new customers?? Someone is clearly running the site but they have chosen to ignore the growing complaints on their own forums and disregard their customers. We have paid a lot of money to Grant, many of us have supported him ion previous course, I thought he was a decent guy but they way he is treating us shows a complete lack of respect and its truly sad to see.

Grant if you're reading this I suggest you stop ignoring the problem and rectify it before your reputation goes down the toilet and you lose all the goodwill you have built up over the years.

Maybe, FX pays for his boxing hobby. I am sure he isn't comfortable with what is going on and will make good on his promises.

With regards to the business, firstly, the issues as of late have nothing to do with the boxing, as I'm sure you know, my brother and I were running things but there has been some legal issues and we have had a falling out the last 2 months. To say it's been difficult would be an understatement and I can't go into detail because I'm still trying to settle the dispute. Since this has happened I've had to manage everything on the back / front end myself so emails are not being ignored, there is just twice as many for me to do now.
I've also had to move out (as I was living with him) which further disrupted things.

With all that being said, I am not here to steal from anyone, every lesson will be completed and will be of a high quality and I'm extremely sorry for the disappointing lack of content. Right now it's not as simple as it might seem, that's all I'll say.
I'm currently trying my best to stay on top of things and get Lesson 4 out asap.

The best thing you can and should do is make a mass-mail and send it to everyone in the email list that have a subscription. Explain the situation and assure them that its not something fishy going on. An appoligy and an update simply put.

Thanks for the reply Grant, sorry to hear about your troubles. I hope you get it sorted soon. As oophus said though, a mass email probably wouldn't go amiss as people, myself included were starting to get tetchy.

I'm working on getting the email out today, thanks for your suggestion
Part of the issue is our mail-list had an ongoing issue which requires manually adding in each new user (Which my brother was doing) When you're getting 20-50 emails each day it can be difficult to stay on top of things. I can promise you nothing fishy is going on. I'd never EVER take from anyone and not give back what was paid for. This situation has been absolutely shithouse and although we're both to blame for this happening, it's just another one of the things I've had to learn with setting up a business for the first time. I'm very close to settling it though, it's just a matter of softening the long term impact. I wish I could go into more detail but at this point I can't.
