    Hi,

Actually I don't know what is your current knowledge of sampling and V-Ray render setup, but you can start with our basic tutorials available in the V-Ray for 3DS Max section of our online documentation. We have a re-directional link in the V-ray for Maya Tutorials section - *More tutorials in the V-Ray for 3ds Max help index.
You could also check the tutorial for Universal V-Ray Settings (http://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/V...Maya+Help+Home), which is the mostly used one for production scenes. This approach is suitable for quick and easy render quality control without the need to adjust the subdivision parameters.

A good start will be to look trough the image sample section of our documentation (http://docs.chaosgroup.com/pages/vie...pageId=8356461) and see what is the difference between the available image samplers, how they work and how to control the image quality via their parameters.

More useful stuff and video tutorials are available on our YouTube channel - ChaosGrouTV

I suppose that we could be of a better assistance if we have more information about the type of the scene you are working on and any specific questions or problems you are facing with our plugin.

Also feel free to contact us via our support email (support@chaosgroup.com) for information about our training programs.

Thats weird ... if I open your file and correctly load the bgeo I can see in in the viewport without bounding box. Finally are you using the openGL node or the flipbook solution?
