Is the latest Phoenix FD compatible with Vray 3.3 ?

Just quick question.

We are running on max 2013 with Vray 3.3 and got a job that requires phoenix, but before buying I wanted just to confirm if Phoenix 2.2 is compatible with the latest vray ?
