Issue with Vray render time and weird black lines

Hi Everyone...Has anyone ever seen this in a render? The banding is only showing up on the render, and the app takes FOREVER in the building light cache stage. The image below I let render for over 4 hours and this is all I was able to get....I have never seen this on a render ever before and have no idea what is happening.
