Phoenix 2.2 for 2012 failed to initialize

hi,

can`t seem to post in the problems thread, it won`t let me.
i need to render a sim using 2012 but it`s not working ? phoenix2.dlr failed to initialize.
installed with network license if that helps, can`t imagine it got that far loading to check.
it`s standard 2.2 not nightly or anything, dunno how to get that.

Hey,

You have to ask the support (at chaosgroup dot com) for forum permissions if you have any issues.

Regarding the Phoenix initialization, a possible reason is that the version of V-Ray you are using doesn't match the version of Phoenix installed. You gotta check your installation name and make sure it corresponds to your V-Ray version - V-Ray 3.x, or V-Ray 2.x, or defscanline if you don't have V-Ray.
