  • Any One can help me about Vray load error (SU2016 + Vray 2.0 to load SU 2013 file)

    Hi all experts:

Please help me as urgent happen on my company.

I tell little about my case. I am a IT support for my company. My company have design team colleague that use SU2013+Vray1.49 before. But when their skp file before large, they need very long time to render their file.
So my boss buy a new PC and also buy a SU2016 + Vray (with dongle).
Once I installed SU2016 and have been registered. Then I download the demo version of Vray 2.0 and plug the dongle at usb port.
Then I try to open the SU2013 skp file. Then the load error occurs.....
