i think yes (with nightly build), you have to enable the wetting, and to adjust the sticky param and the liquid consumption of the wetmap particles, after that you have to use the wetmap as mask for a blend material that has the pain in the slot corresponding to white mask. for more details see the scene in this thread, it shows how to use the wetmap for material blending

Are there any best setting for classic splash with streaks coming out. We did wetting but it looks like a round pancake on a wall and not splatter. Multi-pass makes it better but paint is just pouring out from that splash makes it look like splash has 10 times more mass than original paintball Thank you
I would make the scene a larger scale or adjust the scene scale of the simulator. Surface tension and high SPF would help get the streaky long arms of splat
