  • Vray flickering help!

Hi I'm pretty new to vray, I'm trying to render out an animation of a bedframe opening. Im using GI with irradiance map for primary and secondary light cache. I don't have any animation on the camera only on objects. I'm getting a ton of flickering on my walls and objects. Does anyone know of a way to fix this? Thnx

Have you checked the documentation: https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...e+Map+Settings

BTW Moving objects cause more/worse flickering than moving camera with irradiance map.

For animation, I would suggest using brute force + light cache solution (or just brute force + brute force, if it's an exterior view). For the light cache, you can either use the fly-through mode, or increase the settings to f.e. 2500 light cache subdivs and 8.0 for the retrace threshold.

      Best regards,
