  • HELP! My interiors are too dark!

    Hello,
I've been trying for a few days now to create a render of my interior but even though the room has plenty of windows and I adjust the global settings and camera settings to the suggested ones, I just get a black room in the end. Why is this happening? It is as if sketchup doesnt recognise the windows (not even when I add sky portals to it). Could you help?

Could you post an image of the model? And your glass settings?

Hello Peerman, thanks for your prompt reply.

Here are the images of the scene that I'm trying to create:

      And the material specs:

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Be sure to uncheck use color texture as transparency. You could also place some lights in the scene. Some ceilinglamps for instance. Also check your sun settings. It looks like the sun is off. Maybe take the camera outdoors and render a test to see if the sun works?
