  • C Drive space seemingly eaten up during sim, despite different output drive

My project is on my F Drive, which has about 1TB of space available. My C Drive has barely anything (terrible, I know)

I tried to do an overnight simulation and despite the output being on F (and I can see thats where cache files get saved) the C drive got clogged up and the simulation was stopped.

    Is there something I'm missing?

Is it possible that the simulation took a lot of RAM and had to be paged to disk? How large is your pagefile?

    Best regards,
    Vlado
I only act like I know everything, Rogers.

You might be right! It is set to about 3GB, but on the C drive.

I've now set my pagefile to the F drive, and also set the Max temp directory to one on the F drive as well. Hope this helps
