      I have some question.

      1. Is GPU render is available in Production rendering ? (same as 3DMax etc.)
      2. What is the advantage with multiple GPU in this new version ? (ex. Choose one for viewport, other ones for RT render, etc.)

      Thank you,

GPU Rendering is now supported in V-Ray 3.4 for SketchUp and most of the same support as 3DS Max applies to our GPU, for more information you can check out our Documentation on GPU rendering here: https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...orted+Features

You made the point for me with Multiple GPU Support i.e.: Choose one for viewport, choose the other for RT renders. Now if you have a motherboard that will support it, what you can do is set up multiple cards, (3 or more) and have a low end or older card for your monitor support and two or more additional cards strictly for GPU rendering.

Additional 3DS Max GPU information can be found here for compairison:

        https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...orted+Features

Here is some additional information about GPU rendering as a whole:

        https://labs.chaosgroup.com/index.ph...ering/?id=3862

If you would like some really technical information on GPU rendering over the Last year, Blago writes a really great blog on all things GPU. His GPU-101 is a good read if you would really like to know more:
        http://code-bg.com/blogo/?p=1114

I hope the information ive provided here is helpful, and Ive answered your questions. Please let us know if you have more!

Hi there. I tried installing the program, but was not able to make it start..

I always get this error message: Failed to checkout V-Ray gui license

          Any help?

Try re-installing. We've moved away from Dongle based licensing and there can sometimes be a conflict between v2 and v3 licensing. If the issue persists please email support@chaosgroup.com

I've found the answer. You should find the file "Manage V-Ray Online License", and click it, and then, it will open a web.

                      Hi All,

Upon your first installation, if you don't login when prompted you may run into this issue. Here is some additional information that might be helpful:

The full set up and install documentation page can be found here: https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...d+Installation

                      Just Install: https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...y+for+SketchUp

Managing the new Online License Server: https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...line+Licensing

Hope that helps, and if any of you are still getting issues, please email support@chaosgroup.com for further licensing assistance.
                      Best,

                        Hi,

I have registered for the beta program, did all the activation links etc. However under the downloads secion and when sorting through the sketchup platform I am unable to locate the latest beta version you are talking about. Only versions 2.0 available. Am I doing something wrong or there is some bug on the site? Greetings, Mike.
