Rendering model lines

Hi I have a lot of model lines that is used as joint lines. Is it possible to render these as tubes/splines like "renderable spline" modifier in max? thanks.

Hi chrisishere,
This has never been possible even in Revit. You can either use in-place families or export a 3D perspective view with model lines isolated, then overlay it to the rendering using any compositing program.
